Cactus has expanded its offerings for home service companies by integrating marketing management capabilities alongside its existing AI call handling and appointment booking services. Read the full press release on PR Newswire.
The expansion builds on an established relationship with Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air.
The new integration addresses a critical gap: connecting marketing campaign data with customer conversations and appointment outcomes.
Previously, campaign activity, customer calls and results were recorded separately. That made it difficult to identify which marketing sources generated quality leads and what happened to those inquiries.
"Contractors want jobs on the schedule, not separate reports about their marketing and their phone calls. We already help them respond to customers and book appointments. Adding marketing management lets us use what we learn from those conversations to improve how we bring customers in."
— Ajith Govind, Co-Founder & CEO, Cactus
The service now connects new inquiry response with estimate follow-up and customer reactivation.
- Campaign messaging and targeting: by analyzing what callers inquire about, companies can refine campaign messaging and targeting.
- Lost work: follow-up records help identify where potential work is being lost.
According to Cactus's July 2026 case study on Upfront Plumbing, the AI system handled 878 calls, with 40 invoices linked to those interactions, totaling $95,690 in invoiced work.
"Capture as many leads as you can. Cactus has given us the ability to not have to worry about the calls we used to miss."
— Ryan Jonas, Owner, Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air
